<匯港通訊>         匯思太平洋(08147)宣布，配售本金額8,634,000元之可換股債券。

可換股債券按初步換股價每股換股股份0.25元悉數轉換後，將予發行合共34,536,000股換股股份，相當於擴大後股本約16.67%，所得款項總額863.4萬元，淨額約860萬元，擬用作一般營運資金。 (WH)
