<匯港通訊>         力豐（集團）(00387)宣布，贖回 FEMTO S.A.R.L. 股份，代價為現金7,500,000歐元（相當於約68,119,000港元）。

目標公司性質上屬投資控股公司並全資擁有 Prima Industrie S.p.A.（「Prima」，於意大利註冊成立的有限公司及為集團鈑金機械主要供應商）。

此外，該公司擬對股東宣派特別股息每股0.1港元。 (WH)
