(Infocast News)    MINIEYE (02431) has agreed to place 6,800,000 new H Shares at HK$23.26 per Share.

The total number of Placing Shares under the Placing is up to 6,800,000 new H Shares, representing 1.67% of the number of Shares in issue as enlarged by the allotment and issuance of the Placing Shares.

The Placing Price of HK$23.26 per Placing Share represents a discount of approximately 14.80% to the closing price of HK$27.30 per Share as quoted on the Stock Exchange on July 2, 2025.

The total gross proceeds from the Placing are expected to be approximately HK$158.17 million, and the net proceeds from the Placing are expected to be approximately HK$155.10 million in aggregate. (WL)
