(Infocast News)    ELEPHANT HLDGS (08635) has agreed to place 80,000,000 Shares at HK$0.431 per Share.

The number of the Placing Shares under the Placing represents 16.67% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the issue and allotment of
the maximum number of the Placing Shares. 

The Placing Price represents a discount of 12.93% to the closing price on the
date of the Placing Agreement.

It is expected that the gross proceeds and net proceeds from the Placing will be HK$34.5 million and HK$33.6 million. (WL)
