<匯港通訊>   小黃鴨德盈(02250)宣布，其全資附屬德盈商貿(深圳)與馬克數創(深圳)文化發展、賈珂及呂行遠簽訂合資協議，集團將以現金出資275萬元人民幣，與合資協議其他各方成立合資公司，專注於開發及銷售基於IP矩陣的AI大模型智能産品。合資公司成立後，將成為公司的非全資附屬公司。

本次擬成立的合資公司，將專注於開發、設計、生産與小黃鴨B.Duck的IP矩陣形象相契合的AI智能産品，並完成産品在各個渠道的銷售與運營，從而實現集團在AI交互式産品商業化探索中的戰略目標。 (ST)
