<匯港通訊>       新地(01113)旗下西沙SIERRA SEA銷情持續，新地代理執行董事陳漢麟表示，項目早前於三地舉行路演活動已錄超過3萬人次參觀，其中半數客人對項目住宅單位有興趣，整體反應熱烈，並指集團致力將項目打造為可與時並進的大型社區，預計最快下周可取得售樓紙，目標4月開售。(JJ)
