Revenue of hotel portfolio: HK$1,587.7 million, -1.9%
Total rental income for the Trust Group after netting service fees: HK$401.8 million, -21.8%
Profit attributable to Holders of Share Stapled Units excluding fair value changes on investment properties and derivative financial instruments, and change related to settlement arrangement of hotel management fees and licence fee: HK$50.5 million -77.5%
Distributable income: HK$113 million, -62%
Final distribution per Share Stapled Unit: HK1.6 cents (WL)
