<匯港通訊>           上海電氣(00187)發盈喜，預計2024年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為約630萬至750萬元人民幣，與上年同期（法定披露數據）相比，將實現扭虧為盈。

錄得淨利潤主要原因是公司通過產業結構優化、產品迭代升級和市場開拓力度加強，收入總體實現同比增長，經營質效有所提升；債務重組收益等非經常性損益因素對當期業績產生正面影響。 (WH)
