<匯港通訊>  慈善機構 Time Auction 將於12月與港鐵公司(00066)聯合主辦「跨企業義工週」(下稱 Inter-Company Volunteer Week 或 IVW),並由港交所(00388)擔任合作支持夥伴。IVW 是一項與12月5日國際義工日同期舉行的年度活動,活動旨在讓不同企業的員工共同參與義工服務,將企業社會責任轉化為為期數週的動態跨企業行動,賦予員工推動社區變革的能力。

今年活動獲31間香港知名企業參加,類別涵蓋金融機構、公營機構、律師樓、物流運輸及連鎖品牌等。各企業將於12月1-20日期間,組織義工活動供內部員工及其他參與企業的員工報名參與,連結企業力量,為本地的非牟利機構及各界社群提供關鍵資源和支持,推動社區的正面改變。

Time Auction 創辦人梁嘉寶表示:「近年 ESG 成為全球關注的議題,很多企業也開始關注及推行符合 ESG 的管理。Time Auction 希望能為企業提供平台,讓企業鼓勵員工積極響應並參與義工活動。透過參與 IVW,員工不僅能提升自身的社會責任感,還能擴闊社交圈子,為社區、為自己創造價值。」 (BC)
