<匯港通訊>          昇能集團(02459)宣布，以先舊後新方式，配售最多5000萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約%，配售價每股0.325元，較周五收市價0.375元折讓約13.3%，所得款項總額約1630萬元，淨額約1600萬元，約50%將用於發展石墨電極業務，包括但不限於(i)採購原材料及╱或石墨電極，(ii)支付分包及轉換成本及(iii)其他經營及管理費用，及(b)約50%將用於補充流動資金及作一般企業用途。
