<匯港通訊>          中加國信(00899)宣布，配售最多1.88億股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.7%，配售價每股0.105元，較今日收市價0.12元折讓約12.5%，所得款項總額1970萬元，淨額約1900萬元，擬用作一般營運資金。(WH)
