新世界永康街83號商廈於今日開售 單位入場費721萬元起 X

<匯港通訊>       新世界發展(00017)旗下長沙灣永康街83號商廈今日推出首張價單，項目涉及18伙，建築面積介乎548至1626平方呎，定價介乎721萬至2267萬元。

「83永康街」今日正式以現樓形式開售，首批單位以「商圈起動價」定價，呎價介乎約1.2萬至1.4萬元，入場費約721萬元起。

新世界資產及房地產組合管理總經理林浩文表示，「83永康街」是九龍區內最後一個高質素而會散賣的項目，料租金回報率於3厘左右。他稱，過去數周已有100位客戶查詢，大多以用家為主，其中3-4成屬內地用家。
