油組促成員國 阻止 COP28 宣告停用化石燃料 X

<匯港通訊>  油組(OPEC)秘書長海賽姆(Haitham al-Ghais)敦促各成員國,反對在第28次《聯合國氣候變化框架公約》締約方大會(COP28)上,通過包含結束使用化石燃料的會後宣言。

至少80個參與 COP28 的成員國代表,要求大會在會後宣言內,納入結束使用化石燃料的內容。

海賽姆較早時向油組成員國發出信件,表示有關結束使用化石燃料的想法並不恰當,可能產生始料不及的惡劣後果,促請成員國致力阻止在 COP28 宣言內包含相關字眼。

COP28 主辦方阿聯酋也是油組成員國之一。COP28 主席 Sultan al-Jaber 表示,參與會議的近200個國家正進行討論,以便在12月12日大會結束時公布會後宣言。有媒體報道,有關宣言最終文稿將於周五較後時間敲定。 (BC)
