美國頁岩油商 Endeavor Energy 據報考慮賣盤 X

<匯港通訊>  《路透》引述消息人士透露,美國頁岩油生產商 Endeavor Energy 考慮賣盤,作價預料介乎250-300億美元(約1950-2340億港元)。

根據報道,控制 Endeavor Energy 的美國富豪 Autry Stephens,要求摩根大通協助他暗標整體出售公司,目標是在明年首季展開招標。不過,消息人士不排除交易最終不會完成的可能性,Autry Stephens 在2018年也曾經考慮潛在買家出價,交易最終未能成事。
