瑞信據報將拒絕瑞銀10億美元收購要約 嫌出手低 X

<匯港通訊>   英國《金融時報》稍早報道,瑞銀集團(UBS)提出以最多10億美元(約78億港元)的價格收購瑞士信貸(Credit Suisse,CS)。

不過,《彭博》報道,瑞信將拒絕瑞銀10億美元的收購要約。以上周五收市價計算,瑞信市值約80億美元,報道引述知情人士稱,有關收購要約太低,相信會損害其股東及持有該公司遞延股票的員工利益。 (BC)
