<匯港通訊>   據美聯工商舖資料研究部綜合土地註冊處資料顯示,2月份商舖註冊宗數錄94宗(主要反映1月份市況),按月上升約11.9%;註冊金額約19.02億港元,按月上升約52.9%。

該行預期,隨著政府派發新一輪的消費券,相信會令消費銀碼較少的行業受惠,並進一步帶動舖市的交投。長和(00001)亦向城規會申請將香港聯合船塢改建成大型屋苑,假如計劃能落實,預料可為青衣區注入新的消費力及提升該區商舖的價值。 (BC)
