<匯港通訊>   中原地產10大屋苑本周末錄得11宗成交,較上周多1宗或10%,零成交屋苑維持3個,是連續13個周末企穩雙位數水平。

中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示,本月多個新盤連接登場,而且屢創佳績,銷情熾熱,令二手交投明顯受壓,昨日元朗新盤首輪推售亦沽出百伙,搶去市場大批購買力,令二手交投放慢,短期內仍有多個新盤醞釀推售,偏內港九新界,相信二手放盤造價要有一定競爭力,才能吸引買家入市。 (BC)
