<匯港通訊>   綜合利嘉閣地產分行網絡數據,在剛過去的周六、日.10大指標屋苑僅錄8宗二手成交,與對上的周六、日相同,繼續企在13周的低位。

利嘉閣地產總裁廖偉強表示,近期樓市繼續由新盤主導,幾個全新樓盤排隊登場,買家的焦點停留在一手市場;二手市場則因早前的平價盤源大部分已被吸納,而業主眼見整體市況仍然向好,部分都調升價錢或收窄議價,令二手交投未有突破。 (BC)
