美聯周末10大屋苑錄得約11宗成交按周升約10% X

<匯港通訊>   據美聯物業分行統計,本周末10大二手指標屋苑錄得約11宗買賣成交,大致靠穩,按周升約10%,連續16周保持雙位數水平。若按15大屋苑計算,周末兩天則錄得約12宗買賣成交,按周升約9%。

美聯物業住宅部行政總裁(港澳)布少明表示,樓市持續升温,新盤銷情相當理想,周末朗屏新盤熱賣,而何文田站新盤及屯門新盤亦加推單位,可望短期內應市推售,故新盤市場仍然相當熱鬧,刺激購買力進一步釋放。另外,日前人民銀行宣佈降準,而美國本月加息的預期降温等因素均有利買家入市。事實上,近期細價樓以至豪宅,甚至超級豪宅亦不乏捧場客,相信樓市表現將持續理想,而且一手盤訂價吸引,勢將繼續搶佔不少二手客源,惟二手樓價在氣氛向好帶動下將保持升勢。 (BC)
