《公司盈警》華融金控(00993)料去年虧損擴至21億至23.5億元 X

<匯港通訊>    華融金控(00993)發盈警，預期截至2022年12月31日止年度將錄得介乎21億至23.5億元之虧損淨額，而2021年度之虧損淨額約16億元。

2022年度虧損淨額增加主要由於：(1)集團持續壓降風險資產，資產規模下降導致相關利息收入相對減少；(2)受全球貨幣政策收緊、地緣政治以及疫情持續等諸多不利因素的影響，集團部分投資項目資產或抵押物價值持續貶損，導致集團就其於其他貸款及債務工具的投資、給予客戶的孖展融資墊款、應收融資租賃款、應收賬款計提減值撥備增加；以及(3)本年度下半年出售部分金融資產產生虧損。(ST)
