《公司盈警》天大藥業(00455)料九個月虧損3900萬至4300萬元 X

<匯港通訊>     天大藥業(00455)發盈警，由2022年4月1日至2022年12月31日止九個月期間(本財政期間)預期錄得母公司股東應佔虧損介乎3900萬至4300萬元，而由2021年4月1日至2022年3月31日止十二個月期間(上財政年度)的母公司股東應佔虧損則為1980萬元。若撇除研發費用及若干一次性損益，經調整母公司股東應佔虧損由上財政年度的2300萬元，收窄至本財政期間的介乎虧損250萬 至650萬元。公司之財政年度結算日期已由3月31日更改為12月31日。

相關一次性損益包括：(1)上財政年度出售子公司珠海天大置業錄得一次性收益及相關所得稅抵免；(2) 上財政年度計提的商譽減值；(3) 上財政年度及本財政期間分別對滯銷的非核心產品存貨計提撥備；及(4) 本財政期間重新檢視並縮減無形資產攤銷年限，因而產生額外攤銷及所得稅抵免。 (ST)
