阮國恒：香港銀行體系仍然穩健 今年將加強營運風險穩定性 X

<匯港通訊>    金管局副總裁阮國恒今日出席銀行公會例會時表示，今年利率波動大，環境面對不確定性，但香港銀行體系仍然穩健，沒有受近期矽谷銀行(SVB)倒閉及瑞信危機等外圍事件影響。

他指，去年重點處理信貸風險，營運風險穩定性需進一步做功夫，預計今年6月制訂營運穩定性計劃。他稱，近來銀行越來越依賴第三方服務提供者，例如監察網絡安全，將與業界商討有關這方面工作。又指未來將對內地貸款加強監管力度，及加強流動性管理。

在綠色金融和氣候風險方面，今年第2季將諮詢業界制訂本地綠色分類報告，以及設定分析實體風險的分析工具予業界使用，預計年底完成。(LF)
