華爾街大行據報擬削投行僱員30%花紅 X

<匯港通訊>   外電報道,美國華爾街大行鑑於業務收入大跌,可能削減投資銀行僱員花紅達30%。

報道引述消息人士稱,摩根大通、美銀、花旗等考慮削減投資銀行僱員的花紅,減幅或達30%。部分大行將不會向表現欠佳的僱員派發花紅。

根據報道,各行仍在考慮有關削減花紅的建議,未來數周作出決定。

華爾街大行旗下投資銀行分支被視為華爾街精英。根據傳統,投行僱員的主要酬金來自花紅,花紅則根據業績而定。不過,華爾街的購併活動今年表現欠佳,五大行的投行業務收入今年9個月累計跌47%,總規模降至188億美元。 (BC)
