騰訊(00700)主要股東Naspers集團將出售持股籌資進行回購 X

<匯港通訊> 騰訊(00700)宣布，知悉主要股東Prosus(由Naspers擁有大多數股權)及Naspers就其各自股本中的股份向兩家公司各自的公衆股東開始進行一項長期、開放式的回購計劃，並將有序地以場内出售Naspers集團所持公司股份的方式籌集回購計劃所需資金。

騰訊指，根據Prosus及Naspers的新聞稿，Naspers集團預計每天出售的公司股份數目將佔公司股份之每日平均成交量的一小部分。例如，若Naspers集團在過去3個月内在符合歐洲監管限制的前提下執行回購計劃，每天出售的公司股份平均不會超過公司股份之每日平均成交量約3-5%。
