海格塞斯稱60日時限已暫停　對伊軍事行動暫毋須國會授權 X

<匯港通訊>  美國國防部長海格塞斯出席參議院軍事委員會聽證會時說，美國與伊朗臨時停火在4月8日生效，意味總統特朗普對伊朗採取軍事行動的60日法律時限，已經暫停或中止，特朗普政府目前毋須就軍事行動尋求國會授權。

根據美國在1973年通過的《戰爭權力法》，總統在首次通知國會動用軍事力量後，應該在60日內決定停止軍事行動或尋求國會授權繼續作戰。特朗普政府3月2日正式告知國會對伊朗發動軍事行動，由此推算的60日法律時限在5月1日到期。

另外，以色列傳媒報道，美國可能即將決定是否重啟對伊朗的軍事行動，旨在打破談判僵局，以色列正加緊準備應對可能與伊朗再次開戰的情況。（BC)
