<匯港通訊> 全英房屋抵押貸款協會公布，英國4月房價按月上升0.4%，市場原預期下跌0.3%；按年升0.3%，升幅高過預期的2.2%。

自2月底中東戰爭以來，英國抵押貸款利率上升，消費者信心已跌至2023年以來最低。（BC)
