騰訊增持《黑神話:悟空》開發商遊戲科學持股至24% X

<匯港通訊>   內地傳媒報道，遊戲科學(深圳市遊科互動科技有限公司)今日完成股權調整。

英雄遊戲退出股東行列，騰訊(00700.HK)增持後持股比例達24%，成為遊戲科學唯一外部投資方。 

本次增持由騰訊2021年初次入股5%，疊加本次受讓英雄遊戲19%股權，於近期完成工商登記正式落地。

遊戲科學由馮驥等原騰訊《鬥戰神》核心團隊創立，為國內頭部高品質遊戲研發廠商，旗下《黑神話:悟空》為現象級國產3A作品。目前馮驥仍是遊戲科學的實際控制人，持股比例38.76%。(BC)
