利嘉閣周末10大屋苑錄得約12宗成交按周上升33% X

<匯港通訊> 利嘉閣地產總裁廖偉強表示,發展商積極推出不同類型新盤應市,新盤銷情理想,部分項目更是「一Q清袋」,反映市場交投氣氛持續良好。同時,亦帶動二手業主看俏後市,有部分業主更反價封盤,表現惜售,因此10大屋苑二手周六日成交難出現大驚喜。在過去的周六日(3月28-29日)10大指標屋苑錄約12宗二手成交,與上周末(3月21-22日)的9宗,錄得按周上升33%,重回雙位數水平。 (BC)
