《公司盈警》泰達生物(08189)料去年虧損擴至8500萬人民幣 X

<匯港通訊>    泰達生物(08189)發盈警，預計截至2025年12月31日止年度將錄得股東應佔虧損約8500萬元人民幣(下同)，而2024年度股東應佔虧損為2780.22萬元。

預期虧損擴大，主要是由於2025年度複合肥行業經營環境持續承壓，尿素、磷銨、鉀肥、硫磺等主要原材料價格高位波動，疊加中東地緣局勢緊張，全球原料供應鏈波動加劇，市場對原材料價格後市走勢預期偏高位。複合肥行業整體需求偏弱，市場競爭日趨激烈，產品售價跟漲乏力，盈利空間持續受擠壓，相應影響用於複合肥生產的廠房土地資產估值承壓。集團結合市場環境及資產實際狀況，對肥料產品業務的應收賬款、預付款項、固定資產、廠房土地等資產開展謹慎評估，本年度計提相關資產撥備較上年大幅增加，綜合影響本年度財務表現。 (ST)
