<匯港通訊>     盛禾生物(02898)宣布，其已接獲核數師通知，需額外時間及資源以完成2025年年度審計，董事會預見公司將無法按照上市規則規定於3月31日前刊發2025年年度業績。

公司正積極與核數師合作，並協助其完成2025年年度審計的未完成程序。

目前預期公司股份將於2026年4月1日(星期三)上午9時正起在聯交所暫停買賣，直至公司公佈2025年年度業績為止。
