<匯港通訊>  中原地產10大屋苑本周末錄得18宗成交,按周升63.6%,創8周新高。

中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示,樓市氣氛持續暢旺,周末一手成交近400宗,本月一手成交已逾2000宗,新盤銷情理想,部分向隅客亦回流二手市場,樓價於第一季升勢明顯,不少買家感遲買會貴,紛紛加快入市,價量亦升,樓市呈一二手齊旺局面,料旺市可持續至第二季。 (BC)
