<匯港通訊>  中原地產研究部高級聯席董事楊明儀指出,截至3月25日,2026年3月份整體樓宇買賣合約登記(包括住宅、車位及工商舖物業)暫錄6385宗,總值529.49億港元。估計全月有7700宗及640億港元,將較2月的7924宗及621.46億港元,分別下跌2.8%及上升3.0%,金額將為去年12月後近3個月高位。 (BC)
