《公司盈警》淮北綠金股份(02450)料去年虧損擴大 X

<匯港通訊>    淮北綠金股份(02450)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度可能錄得公司權益股東應佔虧損介乎約2500萬至3500萬元人民幣(下同)，而截至2024年12月31日止年度公司權益股東應佔虧損約為2200萬元。

董事會認為，報告期間內的預期虧損主要歸因於(i)混凝土業務急劇下降及暫停營運；(ii)報告期間內骨料價格進一步下跌；及(iii)報告期間內計提物業、廠房及設備減值虧損撥備進一步增加。
