<匯港通訊> 太古地產(01972.HK)港島東住宅項目「海德園」今早錄得10宗成交,以一房及兩房開放式廚房戶型為主,單日成交額約8000萬港元。是次成交價由670.6萬港元至938.4萬港元,折合實用面積呎價約1.5345-1.7155萬港元。

截至目前,「海德園」累計售出約160個單位,總銷售金額逾13.85億港元。隨著現樓單位及會所設施即將落成,加上市場氣氛持續回暖,項目銷情穩步推進。 (BC)
