《公司盈警》華晨中國(01114)料去年純利減少不超過40% X

<匯港通訊>     華晨中國(01114)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度公司股權持有人應佔溢利，將較2024年的31.011億元人民幣，同比減少不超過40%。

另外，預期2025年度除所得稅開支前溢利將按年減少不超過50%，主要由於主要聯營公司華晨寶馬之表現倒退，以及主要經營附屬公司金杯(瀋陽)(於2025年下半年方復產)產生經營虧損所致。

儘管相比2024年，集團之預扣稅於2025年減少不少於69%(原因為公司於相關年度自其一間附屬公司收取之派息有所減少)，惟集團仍預期2025年度之除所得稅開支後溢利將按年減少不超過40%。
