三里屯太古里標誌性煥新升級達重要里程碑 X

<匯港通訊>       太古地產(01972)今日宣佈，北京三里屯太古里新一輪煥新升級取得關鍵進展，達到重要里程碑。此次升級以北區租戶組合全面升級改造為核心，配合南區與西區持續優化，旨在把三里屯太古里樹立為全球知名的時尚文化地標，協助北京鞏固國際消費中心領先地位。

是次三里屯太古里策略升級於2022年正式開展。三里屯太古里北區近一半商業空間完成煥新及品牌組合優化，標誌著主要的煥新升級的重要里程碑已經完成，成為國際頂級品牌旗艦店的集中地。迪奧 (Dior)、愛馬仕(Hermès)、路易威登 (Louis Vuitton)、蒂芙尼 (Tiffany & Co) 等一眾國際頂級品牌旗艦店相繼進駐。

自2025 年12月多間品牌旗艦店集中開幕以來，三里屯太古里人流錄得大幅增長。 (JJ)
