利嘉閣料今年新盤成交達2.2萬宗 創22年新高 X

<匯港通訊>       利嘉閣地產研究部主管陳海潮表示，100元印花稅、股市及經濟向好；加上減息效應及發展商貼市價推盤，造就去年新盤買賣衝上6年新高，預料今年可更上一層樓。

展望2026年，陳海潮指出，初步預期今年一手私宅買賣登記量可較去年再漲逾一成，向上挑戰2.2萬宗水平，預料連升4年，創22年新高，登記金額亦料相應增加近15%，至約2560億元，屆時有機會刷新歷史新高。

根據利嘉閣地產研究部綜合土地註冊處數據，去年全港共錄得19950宗一手私宅買賣登記，按年再升23%，連升3年，兼創近6年高位；成交總值錄得2234.06億元，按年增長9%，同為連升3年，亦創4年最多；去年每宗一手私宅登記平均售價約1119.83萬元，按年回落11.8%，為近6年低位。(JJ)
