趣致集團(00917)發盈喜料去年轉盈 曾抽升24% X

<匯港通訊>    趣致集團(00917)發盈喜，料截至2025年12月31日止年度扭虧為盈，淨利潤介乎2.7億至3.3億元人民幣，而截至2024年12月31日止年度的淨虧損16.627億元人民幣，今早股價抽升，暫最多升24.19%至31.32港元。

扭虧為盈主要由於若干關鍵因素：
(i)集團持續加大對研發的長期投入，尤其在AI應用及智能交互領域形成了深厚且紮實的技術積累，推動終端AI互動營銷能力的持續提升。同時，相關技術能力的成熟應用有效優化了運營效率與交付能力，並逐步轉化為業務規模的擴張，從而支持了本年度收入及利潤的穩步增長；及
(ii)截至2024年12月31日止年度有集團可轉換可贖回優先股轉換為普通股產生的非現金一次性公允價值虧絀18.994億元人民幣，但年度並無有關公允價值虧絀。 (SY)
