泛亞環保(00556)委任林俊為執行董事兼主席 X

<匯港通訊> 泛亞環保(00556)發公告，林俊已獲委任為執行董事兼董事會主席，現任執行董事的郭建南已由董事會主席變更為董事會副主席，均自2025年12月29日起生效。

林俊，38歲。在銷售管理、渠道拓展及品牌運營領域擁有豐富經驗，長期專注於將品牌與產品能力轉化為可規模化的銷售成果，對銷售體系搭建、渠道效率提升及業績增長具備深入理解。

另外，ZhuDukeLi由於決定投放更多時間於其他商業事務，已辭任執行董事及公司行政總裁。繼ZhuDukeLi辭任後，執行董事潘嫦已獲委任為行政總裁，即日起生效。

潘嫦，43歲，2023年11月27日獲委任為執行董事，2014年5月畢業於特倫特大學，獲得工商行政管理學士學位。
