<匯港通訊>    天津港發展(03382)出售天津港口機械設備進口之100%股權予東疆國貿公司，代價約為5,351,600元人民幣。

東疆國貿公司為天津港集團公司（公司的控股股東）的附屬公司。

預計將自出售事項錄得未經審核除稅前收益約17,200元人民幣。集團擬將出售事項的所得款項用作集團的一般營運資金。 (WL)
