融創中國(01918)約96億美元債務將獲全面解除及免除 X

<匯港通訊>   融創中國(01918)宣布，預計重組生效日期將於2025年12月23日或前後落實，惟須重組條件獲達成或豁免。於重組生效日期落實之日，該公司約96億美元的現有債務將獲全面解除及免除，作為代價，該公司將根據計劃條款於重組生效日期向計劃債權人發行兩項強制可轉換債券。

此外，該公司與附屬公司三亞青田及集友銀行訂立重組契約，該筆貸款的未償還本金為8.58億元。
