<匯港通訊>     高科橋(09963)宣布，配售最多5200萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.67%，配售價每股0.476元，較12月17日收市價0.54元折讓約11.85%，所得款項總額約2480萬元，淨額約2440萬元，擬將800萬元用作償還銀行及其他借貸及1640萬元用作一般營運資金。 (WH)
