<匯港通訊>  TOPSTANDARDCORP (08510)宣布，配售合共約3981.31萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.7%，配售價每股0.1元，較12月5日收市價0.118元折讓約15.25%，所得款項總額398.13萬元，擬用作一般營運資金。

認購人為 Focus Dynamics Group Berhad 之全資附屬公司。Focus Dynamics Group Berhad 乃馬來西亞證券交易所創業板上市，要從事餐飲業務及投資控股。 (WH)
