<匯港通訊>  國銳生活(00108)宣布，收購北京春雨天下軟件(目標公司)，代價約2.69億元人民幣(約2.948億港元)，將透過按每股1.6元，配售約1.47億股代價股份償付。

目標公司主要從事透過持牌醫療機構經營增值電訊服務(包括互聯網信息服務)，及互聯網醫院╱在線診斷與治療服務。目標集團為中國領先移動互聯網醫療健康平台「春雨醫生」的營運方。 (WH)
