中國技術集團(01725)折讓約20%配股籌逾1.4億元 X

<匯港通訊>  中國技術集團(01725)宣布，以每股0.56元，較12月5日收市價0.7元折讓約20%，配售合共約2.509億股新股，集資約1.4052億元。

配股分為兩部份，其中合共約1.609億股，向獨立第三方鍾麗及謝長倫配售，佔擴大後股本約21.04%；另外，向不少於6名承配人，配售最多9000萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約12.97%。

集資所得款項淨額約1.38億元，其中約9020萬元用於償還股東貸款，約4792萬元用作一般營運資金。
