<匯港通訊>  中國華星(00485)宣布，向 Harvest Fortune Investment Limited，配售合共約4200萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.48%，配售價每股0.3元，較12月5日收市價每股0.32元折讓約6.25%，所得款項總額約1260萬元，淨額約1235萬元，擬用於物業開發項目的資金需求及現金流量。

認購人由新加坡公民及私人投資者 Liu Ning 全資及實益擁有。 (WH)
