<匯港通訊>  雅高控股(03313)宣布，配售最多2.37億股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.67%，配售價每股0.106元，較12月5日收市價每股0.132元折讓約19.7%，所得款項總額2512萬元，淨額約2477萬元，約300萬元用作一般營運資金，約2177萬元用作償還集團現有債務及利息。 (WH)
