<匯港通訊> 由新世界發展(00017.HK)夥拍帝國集團、資本策略地產(00497.HK)、麗新發展(00488.HK)及港鐵公司(00066.HK)合作發展港島南岸第5A及第5B期全新地標豪宅「滶晨」系列，今日售出最後一伙兩房平台特色戶，單位為「滶晨II」第2座5樓H單位，實用面積458平方呎，另設224平方呎平台，屬兩房琉璃晶廚設計，售價1319萬港元，呎價2.8799萬港元。

內地買家透露，比較同區其他新盤後，鐘情「滶晨」由頂尖名流設計大師Martin Brudnizki 匠心打造成南區超級豪宅，更是港島南港鐵站地標豪宅項目，加上坐擁港鐵站上蓋四通八達的地理優勢，供應罕有。

「滶晨」及「滶晨II」銷情持續火熱，開售至今合共售出684伙，共套現逾117億港元，當中不乏名人及本地富豪家族大手入市。
