<匯港通訊>      北控水務集團(00371.HK)宣布，公司已於11月18日完成發行2025年度第二期中期票據，發行總金額為20億元人民幣(下同)，分別為品種一發行金額為10億元，期限為3年，於2028年11月到期，票面利率為每年1.96%，以及品種二發行金額為10億元，期限為5年，於2030年11月到期，票面利率為每年2.11%。

發行2025年度第二期中期票據募集資金，將用於償還境外金融機構借款的用途。
