<匯港通訊>  恒基物業代理董事及營業(二)部總經理韓家輝表示,海灣半島 Park Peninsula 世界級臨海豪宅「天瀧 THE KNIGHTSBRIDGE」,自推出以來反應熱烈,連續兩日錄得成交,最新售出1座20樓B室,實用面積1258平方呎,成交價4756萬港元,成交呎價3.7806萬港元。項目同日以350萬港元,售出1個車位,連車位套現5106萬港元。「天瀧」兩日連沽3伙,套現逾1.3億港元,自現樓後累售163伙,套現約67.3億港元。全盤累售220伙,合共套現約91.9億港元。 (BC)
